PURPOSE:To enable mass production through pressing by molding cover, diffuser, adaptor, socket and bracket separately with metal plate then assembling through pressure insertion and brazing into housing. CONSTITUTION:Compressor housing for supercharger is comprised of compressor cover 2, diffuser 3, adaptor 4, socket 5, blind plate 6 and bracket 7 made of metal plate. Then accessories comprised of a nipple 8 and a weld nut 9 are assembled integrally through pressure insertion, brazing, etc., Consequently, mass production through pressing is enabled resulting in cost reduction. |
