PURPOSE:To attain stroke adjusting and intermittent transfer of workpieces by connecting a slider provided with both a drive gear which synchronously rotates with a transfer press and a feed bar, with a quick return mechanism through a momentum enlarging mechanism and a variable length rocking arm so as to be able to adjust a center point. CONSTITUTION:Rotation of the drive gear 3 synchronously rotating with the press is transmitted to a main gear 4 by the quick return mechanism 5 through a gear 5a, pin 5c, and eccentric gear 5c. A pin 9 of the main gear 4 slides an arm driving slider 8 and a rack 11 of the slider 8 rocks an arm 14 through a pinion 13. A motor 16 of the arm 14, screw 15, and drive pin 27 which adjusts a rocking radius rock a driving slider 22 for the feed bar 6 through a slider 25 having an adjustable center point using a hydraulic pressure 31 adjustably and intermittently. The device performs adjustable, synchronous with the press, and intermittent transfer of workpieces even if the press is in operation. |
