SELF-EXCITED SWITCHING REGULATOR

摘要

PURPOSE:To reduce the loss by inserting a diode and a capacitor for a feedback circuit between the secondary winding of a transformer and a rectifying and smoothing circuit to reduce the peak value of a current when a switching transistor is turned OFF. CONSTITUTION:A reverse protecting diode D3 is connected between the collector and the emitter of a switching transistor Q2 connected with the primary side of a transformer. A feedback diode D2 and a capacitor C3 are inserted between the rectifying and smoothing circuit connected with the secondary side of the transformer and the secondary winding N2 to form a feedback circuit 2 together with the secondary winding N2, thereby reducing the peak value of a collector current when the transistor Q2 is turned OFF.
