PURPOSE:To make easy and accurate a setting of a molding pressure by filling a cavity with a viscous substance and discharging a part of the substance while a punch moves to a bottom or top dead point. CONSTITUTION:The cavity 2 is filled with the viscous substance 9 such as two-part silicone and is covered with a pressure sheet 10. The sheet 10 is held between the opening edge of the cavity 2 and a die face plate 11 and is set on a molding machine. Then, a moving die base 14 is moved down and the punch 15 is moved into the cavity 2 relatively. A pressure in the cavity 2 is adjusted by discharging a part of the substance 9 through a valve 7 on a discharge pipe, while the die base 14 reaches the bottom dead point. This method makes setting of a molding pressure easy and accurate. |
