PURPOSE:To use a network as if it were specific to the user by distinguishing node identification information used by the user from network node identification information used by the network. CONSTITUTION:Nodes 1<1>-n<3> of the user connected to a network alpha give freely node identification information at each user based on a prescribed conversion table as a means identifying nodes for each user. On the other hand, nodes beta<1>-beta<3> in the network are provided with network node identification information based on another prescribed table to identify the nodes 1<1>-n<3> of all the users connected to the network alpha. The users are provided freely with the node identification information independently of the network by distinguishing the node identification information from the network node identification information in this way. Thus, the network is used as if it were specific to the users.
