发明名称 METHOD FOR LEVELING CAMBER OF DOUBLE-LAYER CLADDED METALLIC-SHEET
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To improve the production efficiency of a composite metallic sheet by forcibly cooling the larger heat-shrinkage metal side of said sheet, during its hot leveling, and further forcibly cooling said side even after the hot leveling. CONSTITUTION:Hot leveling rolls 15 are provided to a hot leveling machine 13, and cooling headers 16 are arranged between the lower rolls 15. Further, cooling headers 14 are arranged between table rolls 14 provided to the outlet side of hot rolls 13. The cladded material side of larger heat shrinkage of a clad steel sheet 11, is forcibly cooled by the headers 16 during the hot leveling of sheet 11. Further, even after the hot leveling, the clad sheet 11 is forcibly cooled by the headers 17 of rolls 14 so as to reduce the camber of the cladded material-side caused by the sensible heat of the base material side. In this way, the production efficiency of composite metallic sheet is improved, because the camber of the sheet produced in its cooling is reduced.</p>
