摘要 PURPOSE:To make a joined part in the strength coping with the strength of base metal by specifying the friction pressure, time and upsetting pressure and time in case of joining with a brake type friction pressure molding method. CONSTITUTION:A pressure molding is performed with the range to satisfy the following conditional equation in case of joining Ti base or Zr base metal and stainless steel with a brake type friction pressure molding method. Namely 45<=P1+P<=85, P1+3<=P2, 15<=P1, T1+T2<=4, 0.5<=T1<=1.5, 0.5<=T2, provided P1: friction pressure kgf/mm<2>, P2: upset pressure kgf/mm<2>, T1: friction time sec, T2: upset time sec.
