PURPOSE:To enhance more the value of the system by connecting an exchange station and a storage device of a storage exchange station by a private relay line so as to allow a subscriber terminal device having a dial pulse system telephone set to access easily a storage exchange system of a private line network. CONSTITUTION:An exclusive communication controller 5c is provided between an exchange 6a of an exchange station 6 and a disk 5b of a storage device 5 and the controller 5c is connected to an exchange 6a by an exclusive communication line 10. A dial pulse type telephone set 1c of a subscriber terminal device 1 and a facsimile equipment 1b are connected to the exchange 6a via a subscriber line 2 and an exchange 3. In using the telephone set 1, when a caller dials, the called exchange 6a selects a control line 10 in plural relay lines connected to the disk 5b of the storage device 5 and the prescribed exchange 4. The disk 5b is connected to the subscriber line 2 via the exchange station 6 through the selection to attain communication.
