PURPOSE:To improve the performance of bending forming by providing two pieces of upper and lower bed plates to a bending roll device and horizontally rocking the whole body of bed plates as well as making only the upper bed plate horizontally rockable separately from the lower one. CONSTITUTION:A bending equipment is constituted of a forming machine, used for forming a strip into a prescribed cross section, a guide base, a holding device 30 and a bending roll device 40. The device 30 is formed by arranging a group of pairs of right and left idling rolls, to feed a molding stock by sliding it linearly. The bed plate 41 of bending roll device 40 consists of two pieces of upper and lower bed plates 41, 41b, which are pivotaly supported on a base plate by a supporting axis 42 respectively. The lower bed plate 41a is rocked together with the upper bed plate 41b by engaging guide pins 43a, 43b with cam grooves 44a, 44b. Further, the upper plate 41b is separately rocked on the lower plate 41a by driving a worm gear 45a. Thus, the performance of bending forming is improved by the synergistic action of both these rockings. |
