PURPOSE:To make a bending machine suitable for various purposes by mounting a bending roll on a rising plate as well as rocking its bed plate through a guide pin and a cam. CONSTITUTION:A bending roll device D is arranged on a base plate 13 together with a holding device C, and a bed plate 14 is rockably supported by a supporting axis 15. A group of rolls 20a, 20b, 20c used for horizontally bending a molding stock X' are disposed on the central part of a plate 16 together with bending rolls 30a, 30b used for vertically bending it. In this mechanism, the plate 14 is rocked along the cam grooves 23a, 23b of a cam plate 22 with the axis 15 as the fulcrum. By this method, the clearance adjustment of the horizontal rolls 20a, 20b, 20c can be performed, and that of the vertical rolls 30a, 30b can also be performed through the rocking of a bracket plate. Accordingly, a general-purpose bending device capable of corresponding to various kinds of curved shapes can be obtained. |
