PURPOSE:To elevate the efficiency in the welding work of the welding component to a work and to improve the productivity by equipping a welding base, holding tool and lifting transfer tool in a work welding device and by installing the feeding tool to feed welding components to a welder on the welding base. CONSTITUTION:The guide roller 47 of a clamp 3A is located at each front end of highland parts 60, 65. A holding tool 3 is ascended with the operation of the turning implement 56 of an ascending and descending transfer tool 5 and moved with lifting a work W. A roller 47 is descended by a spring 49 with the guide roller 47 being located at a notch part 61. By inserting the depositing position of the work W into a pin body 16 a position setting is made to a welder 6. A feeding implement 9 feeds the nut 11 of a container part 7 and deposits the nut 11 by descending upper electrode 14. The turning implement 56 is operated again and after lifting by the next highland parts 62, 67 and the work W is descended with setting the welding position 4 respectively to the welder 6 by the notch part 63 and by repeating these motions the nut 11 is deposited to each welding position 4.
