PURPOSE:To cut a metal inserter in a favorable manner without damage to a cutter, by keeping up the specified clearance as an upper cutter travels suitably even if a set position of a lower cutter varies due to heating at a mold drag. CONSTITUTION:Lower cutters 12A and 12B are attached to a mold drag 6 being set to an index table 8, while upper cutters 11A and 11B attached to a cutting mold 15 being set to a press ram 9 is made finely travelable in a horizontal direction side the cutting mold 15. Heels 26, installed solidly with these upper cutters 11A and 11B so as to be projected more downward than a cutting edge 25, are fitly inserted into the mold drag 6, whereby lower cutters 12A and 12B and upper cutters 11A and 11B are all made so as to be turned up. Therefore, even if the mold drag 6 is heated and each set position of these lower cutters 12A and 12B varies, when the cutting mold 15 comes down at cutting, these heels 26 are inserted into a guide part of the mold drag 6 whereby cutter alignment takes place, thus a metal inserter 22 is cut off. |
