<p>Soft gelatine capsules comprise a gelatine envelope, at least one plasticizer and a capsule filler containing at least one pharmacologically active substance and a solvent. The solvent counts at least for 50% by weight of the capsule and is comprised of a mixture of polyethylene glycol ethers of the tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol. When producing the capsules, these are dried during five to ten days.</p> |
