The outlet 1 of the storage container 2 is of two-part construction, the upper part 3 adjoining the supply container 2 having a smaller cross-section than the lower part 4 of the tubular outlet adjoining said upper part 3. In the lower part 4, supports 5, 5a; 6, 6a for a flat slide 7 are arranged in the free space 8 above the cone 9 of the slope of the bulk material 11, sloping at the angle alpha from the end 10 of the upper part 3 to the wall of the lower part 4, in such a way that there is a gap 12 between the upper side of the resting-on flat slide 7 and the end 10 of the upper part 3. Arranged above the supports 6, 6a are two slots 13, 14 located opposite each other for introducing the flat slide 7 onto the supports 6, 6a. The flat slide 7 is of U-shaped construction and the length of the two webs 15, 16 of the U-shaped flat slide 7 is selected to be such that the ends 15a, 16a of the webs 15, 16 emerge on the other side of the lower part 4 when passed through the free space 8 before the plate 17 of the flat slide 7 penetrates into the bulk material 11. <IMAGE>
