<p>PURPOSE:To protect a radiator panel from external shock and to ensure safety of it, by forming a radiator panel having cooling passages on it, and by providing a cover on one side of a radiator panel to protect the surface of it. CONSTITUTION:A radiator panel 25 is composed in such a manner that flat panels 1 and 2 are put together with their recess parts 10, 11 and 12 facing outside, with common chambers 6a and 6b provided on both sides of the panels, and communicating passages 7 formed between both chambers. A feed water port 15 and a discharge port 16 are provided to the common chambers 6a and 6b, respectively, which connect the chambers to a cooling system. The heated cooling water is forcibly introduced into the chamber 6a through a feed port 15, passing through the passages 7, getting to the common chamber 6b, and is again forcibly fed into the cooling system through the discharge port 16, forming a cycle of panel radiator 20. A panel cover 3 is fitted to the flat panels 1 and 2 by fitting bases 3a on both sides of a cover 3, interposed by coating mediums 4 respectively, having a distance from the surface of a panel radiator 20. A passages 21 is formed by the cover 3, so that fresh air can come in and flow through the passage 21, cooling the water passing through the passages 7, and the common chambers 6a and 6b, and also the cover 3 itself. There is no possibility for users to get scalded by touching too hot cover 3.</p> |
