PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of transportation by eliminating the needs to keep the storing position of formworks by a method in which a bonding section is provided on one end of a form panel plate, three rows of ruled lines are provided in parallel with the bonding section of the form panel, and the perforated form panels are assembled and set on a slope. CONSTITUTION:A bonding section 4 with an adhesive 5 coated or an adhesive tape is provided on at least one end of a water-resistant plate 1, e.g., plastic plate, corrugated cardboard, etc. Three rows of ruled lines 2 are also provided in parallel with the direction of the bonding section 4, and many holes 3 are formed between the lines 2 and the longitudinal ends or between the lines 2. the bonding sections 4 and 4' of the plates 1 are joined with each other on site to assemble a formwork with rectangular cross section of holes 3. Cement mortar is injected from the upper part of the formwork to construct a slope frame. Since the form plates can be assembled on site, the needs to keep the storing place of the form work materials can be eliminated, and the cost of transportation can be reduced. |
