PURPOSE:To eliminate completely deformation and melting of a receiving tray caused by erroneous operation by a method wherein the part along the bottom surface of a supporting table for placing a vessel to be heated in a bottom surface of a heating chamber, is constituted to be kept at a lower level than that of the bottom surface of the vessel to be heated, thereby a constant gap for retaining the vessel may be obtained. CONSTITUTION:The dimension (x) is the lowered bottom surface 3, being constituted lower than the present bottom surface plate 3' of the heating chamber. The bottom surface plate 3 is constituted to be the same dimension or a little larger than that of the bottom surface plate of the receiving tray 5 so as to keep a minimum allowance between them. Even if the receiving tray 5 assumed to be contacted with a stopper 7, at the curved part R1 and R2 a pulling power are acted upon to the receiving tray 5 as indicated in the arrow mark so as to slide in the bottom surface plate 3, as a result, the receiving tray 5 is sliding in the bottom surface plate 3 to accommodate. Accordingly, it is made possible to maintain a gap DELTAt between the receiving tray 5 and the stopper for the receiving tray 7. |
