PURPOSE:To reduce manufacturing cost and make the equipment compact by providing in a closing member main body a valve seat, a valve body, a throttle relulating member which can be engaged with the valve body, and an electromagnet which shifts the throttle regulating member toward the valve body. CONSTITUTION:In closing member main bodies 24 and 34, valve seats 26a and 36a, valve bodies 27 and 37, throttle regulating members 29 and 39 which can be engaged with the valve bodies 27 and 37 on the side far from the valve seats 26a and 36a, and electromagnets 30 and 40 which shift the throttle regulating members 29 and 39 toward 26a and 36a, respectively, are provided. With this contrivance, it becomes unnecessary to install a valve separately from an actuator, and moreover the number of connectors can be reduced. Accordingly, the price can be reduced, and the over-all size of the equipment becomes compact.
