<p>PURPOSE:To provide a recording ink which is harmless and does not have mutagenicity, containing a mixture contg. a specified dye, from which a compo nent after the detection of said dye with high performance liquid chromatography chart is detected, is removed. CONSTITUTION:A recording ink is a mixture contg. a dye mixture contg. C.I. Direct Black 154, said dye mixture containing no component (part A) or a reduced amount of the component (part A) which is detected after the direction of said C.I. Direct Black 154 with high performance liquid chromatography chart. In the synthesis of conventional C.I. Direct Black 154, peak shown by 1 is the largest and accounts for 40-60% of the whole. Since the product in said part A is 20% or below of the dye mixture, the yield of the dye is not so affected, though the whole of the part A is removed by separation, and hence, the dye mixture is brought into one which does not have mutagenicity by the separation.</p> |
