发明名称 AUTOMATIC CENTERING STRUCTURE FOR REVOLVING SHAFT
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent divaition of the revolving shaft center due to a change of temperatures by tapering the contact surface between a bearing part and a bearing holding hole and pushing the bearing part toward the direction of thrust by means of a spring. CONSTITUTION:A revolving shaft 5 is pressed into the inside of a bearing 12, while the outside of the bearing 12 is fitted into the inside of a wedge-shaped ring 13, which is fabricated by using the material whose coefficient of expansion is equal to that of the bearing 12. The outer surface 14 of the wedge-shaped ring 13 is tapered, while the inner surface 16 of a bearing holding hole 5 is tapered so as to correspond to the taper of the outer surface 13. An annular spring 6 is fixed to one main surface 21 of a bearing holding part 4 situated at the larger diameter part of the bearing holding hole 15. This annular spring 6 pushes a bearing part, which is inserted into the bearing holding hole 15, in the direction of the other main surface 22 of the bearing holding part 4. On the other hand, pre-compressed spring 7 pushes the bearing 12 in the direction opposite the annular spring 6.
