PURPOSE:To stably make automatic control of a dam, by setting an aimed water level in stages and performing no gate opening and closing control against change in inflow within a certain range including measurement errors. CONSTITUTION:A calculation formula expressing an aimed water level curve set in stages is impressed upon an aimed water level calculating means 6 from an aimed water level curve generating means 5. The calculating means 6 calculates an aimed water level H from an inflow Q found by an inflow calculating means 4 on the basis of the calculation formula. From the aimed water level H found by the calculating means 6 and the current degree of opening or closing of a gate from a detecting means 2, an aimed outflow is calculated by means of an aimed outflow calculating means 7 and the degree of opening or closing of the gate corresponding to the aimed outflow is determined and opening or closing control of the gate is performed by means of a gate driving means 8 including a motor, etc. The detecting signal of the degree of opening or closing of the gate from the detecting means 2 is fed back and, when the inflow increases, the aimed water level becomes lower and the gate is opened. When the inflow decreases, the aimed water level becomes higher and the gate is closed. |
