<p>PURPOSE:To make the debugging and maintenance operation of an initialization processing section easy, by dividing an initialization processing program into a fixed section and an optional section, and providing a flag bit in the optional section. CONSTITUTION:Specific data are previously stored in a specific address area of an initialization processing program (INTP) 163 for I/O stored in an ROM 16 and it is checked that whether the prescribed data output is obtained or not when another INTP 162 for system makes access to the specific address. When the prescribed data output is obtained, it is recognized that the INTP 163 for I/O which is an optional function is provided in the ROM 16 and initialization process is executed. When the prescribed data output is not obtained, it is recognized tat the optional function is not provided in the ROM 16.</p> |
