PURPOSE:To enable lessening a control power for speed change by selectively controlling the opening and closing of a magnetic valve depending upon changing over the contact of an emergency running speed change switch as electrically connected. CONSTITUTION:A normal running speed change controller 18 selectively opens and closes selective magnet valves 13 and 14, and shifting magnetic valves 15 and 16, according to the function of a selector switch and a shifting switch. As a result, a shifting cylinder 12 and a selector cylinder 11 are actuated in connection with each other. Therefore, the operation of a gear change lever 33 in a normal running condition changes the speed of a transmission 80 and the fatigue of a driver can be lessened.
