发明名称 SINTERING METHOD OF HIGH-DENSITY MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent the formation of coarse structure and to attain high-density sintering by heating material powder in which solid co-existence is generated by heating in a specific vacuum to form a sintering body having specific density, introducing an inert gas into said body at this heating temp. and maintaining the same under specific pressure. CONSTITUTION:The powder of the material in which the solid-liquid co-existence is generated by heating (for example, water-atomized) is heated in the high vacuum of <=10<-1>Torr to form the sintered body having >=93% density ratio. The inert gas is substantially introduced into the sintered body at said heating temp. and the pressure thereof is maintained under 0.5-10 gage pressure. The formation of the coarse structure is thus prevented by the simple installation, by which the high-density sintering is attained and mechanical properties are improved.
