PURPOSE:To facilitate confirmation of insulation during the standstill of a shaft by interposing a metal disc and insulation discs between opposed flanges and by clamping them with a reamer bolt provided with insulation material on its peripheral face through insulation washers. CONSTITUTION:A reamer bolt 6 whose peripheral face is lined or coated by an insulation material 7 is clamped to both sides of opposed flanges 3, 3 through insulation washers 8, 8 and iron washers 9, 9 by a nut 10. As the result, the space between shafts 1, 1 and flanges 3, 3 is electrically broken by insulation discs 5, 5, and the insulation disc 5, 5 are easily reinforced and arranged by a metal disc 4 therebetween and the metal disc 4 is completely broken by insulation discs 5, 5, so insulation check between flanges 3, 3 can be made easily. |
