PURPOSE:To permit easy checking of the remaining amt. of a developer by providing a transparent side wall through which the remaining amt. of the developer therein can be visually observed to a developer replenishing part provided to one side part of a developer contg. chamber. CONSTITUTION:A toner chamber 23 which is of the same height as the height of a developing chamber 22 for contg. the developer and replenishes the developer is adjacently provided to one side face of the chamber 22. A roller 31 for replenishment provided in the upper part of the juncture thereof is turned to replenish a toner 29 to the chamber 22. A visual window 45 consisting of transparent plastic is formed on the side of the chamber 23 opposite from the chamber 22. A feed plate 32 and scraping up plate 33 for the toner 29 are freely turnably provided to the inside of the chamber 23. The plate 33 is formed of an elastic material and turns in an arrow direction to feed the toner 29 to the roller 31. The height and size of the device are thus reduced and the easy checking of the remaining toner in the chamber 23 is made possible. |
