发明名称 FUEL INJECTION RATE CONTROLLER FOR DIESEL ENGINE
摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce noise and vibration and improve engine output and fuel consumption by providing at least two patterns for obtaining an aimed injection rate under a same operation condition and determining the injection rate by selecting a pattern in an alternative way. CONSTITUTION:A Diesel engine is equipped with a solenoid valve Bb which controls the fuel injection rate of a fuel injection pump B which sends fuel under pressure into an engine body A, and said solenoid valve Bb is controlled by a fuel injection rate controller C. In this case, a pattern setting means D in which at least two aimed injection rate patterns, e.g., fuel consumption precedence pattern and noise and vibration reducing pattern are set under a same operation condition is installed onto the fuel injection rate controller C. The pattern of the setting means D is selected by a pattern selecting means E such as a selecting switch manually operated. Then, the fuel injection rate is calculated by a fuel injection rate calculating means G on the basis of the selected pattern and the detection signal supplied from an engine operation condition detecting means F.
