PURPOSE:To make a solvent used for a flux unnecessary, and to avoid various inconveniences caused by using the solvent, by providing a titled device on a soldering device for transferring a printed board on which electronic parts is loaded and the flux is applied, to a solder tank. CONSTITUTION:A powder blasting device consists of a housing 1, a nozzle 2, a spring-shaped rotary member 3 and a gas leading-in pipe 4. The nozzle 2 has a rectangular long hole opened upward in the longitudinal direction of the housing 1. As for the member 3, its one end is connected to a driving device 5, it is rotated centering around the center of the spring, and a powder flux 7 fed from a hopper 6 is moved in the housing 1, and carried to the vicinity of the nozzle 2. A pipe 4 having many gas jet ports 8 is provided in the housing 1 so as to correspond to the nozzle 2, by which the flux 7 is diluted by a gas, and simultaneously, jetted forcibly from the nozzle 2. As for the jetted flux, a part of said flux adheres to the printed board, and remaining part is accumulated in the lower part of the housing 1, and thereafter, collected.
