PURPOSE:To realize high speed stroboscope synchronization without the damage due to shading, by binarizing the value obtained by adding the output of amplifier and the output of integration circuit at a specific value and stopping the light emitting action according to that value. CONSTITUTION:When the integration output of an operation amplifier reaches at a specific level, the output of an operation amplifier for comparison becomes high level.When the output of the operation amplifier 45 becomes high level, the signal is supplied to a stroboscope circuit 25 through OR circuit, and transistors 38, 39 are turned on. As a result, commutation thyristor 40 is turned on, and a thyristor 32 is turned off, and therefore, a discharge tube 33 stops emitting light.
