AUTOMATIC CAR SPEED CONTROL UNIT

PURPOSE:To allow stable car speed control even when the flexibility of a control wire is different by providing a control circuit that intermittently outputs acceleration side pulses until the ratio of deceleration reduction reaches values within a preset value. CONSTITUTION:The output coming from a car speed sensor 1 and a command switch 2 is input to a microcomputer 6 through interfaces 4 and 5 in a controller 3. A control circuit that senses an acceleration change for the initialization at the transient response in the car speed control and intermittently outputs acceleration side pulses until the ratio of reduction reaches values within a preset value is provided in this computer 6. Correction pulses that are these acceleration pulses are output intermittently and commands are issued to an actuator 10. As a result, a vent valve 11 and a vacuum valve 13 are on-off controlled through a switching section 21 for the vent valve and a switching section 22 for the vacuum valve.
