摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration in drivability by providing a judging means for judging if a crank angle is correct, in a control device in which ignition timing is corrected based on the detected result of the crank angle by which pressure in a cylinder becomes maximum. CONSTITUTION:The control device in the caption provides a thetapmax detecting means B for detecting a crank angle thetapmax in which pressure in a cylinder becomes maximum, from the detected result of the crank angle and pressure in the cylinder of an internal-combustion engine detected by a cylinder inside pressure sensor A. And an ignition timing correcting amount is determined based on the thetapmax by an ignition timing correcting amount determining means C. In this case, a correct/incorrect judging means D for judging if the thetapmax is correct or not is provided. This judging means D is constituted so that when the deviation of the cylinder inside pressure the case of the thetapmax from that in the case of the crank angle before or after the thetapmax by a predetermined angle is over a reference value, the thetapmax detected result is made incorrect, and when incorrect judgment is given, ignition timing correcting control on the basis of thetapmax is stopped.
