PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts and to realize the cost down by making a media guide by forming in one body the frame part and the guide pole parts which extend from both the sides of the frame part with the same resin. CONSTITUTION:In a disc drive device which mounts a disc cartridge B by inserting it in a cartridge holder 11 of a device body A, a frame part 35 which has an inserting opening 36 and guide pole parts 37, 38 which extend from both the sides of the frame part 35 are made of the same resin material forming a media guide 19. The outsides of the pole guide parts 37, 38 are attached guide rollers 45-48. The guide poles 37, 38 are assembled at both sides of a box type storage case 18 in such a way that the rollers 45-48 are retained freely rotatavely and guide the disc cartridge B inserted from the insertion opening 36 between the guide pole parts 37, 38. By making both side of the media guide as one body, the number of parts and cost can be reduced. |
