PURPOSE:To provide a method of producing a tubular container wherein printing can be easily carried out and the welding between an upper end of a barrel section forming cylinder and a shoulder outer periphery, between front and rear and opposite sides of a partition and the barrel section forming cylinder and between a head section and front and rear inner wall surfaces is made positive, by forming the barrel section forming cylinder previously, and also performing printing for decoration and others previously on the cylinder. CONSTITUTION:Previously, a synthetic resin barrel section forming cylinder 1 having the upper and lower end opened is formed, and also printing for decoration, description about the contents, the name of the maker, etc. is also made on the cylinder 1. The barrel section forming cylinder 1 on which printing has been already made is placed in a mold, a tubular container head section 4 having a mouth neck section 3 stood upward from the inner periphery of a shoulder 2 and a partition plate 5 dividing the inner space defined by the barrel section forming cylinder into the right half and the left half and the head section are welded, a barrel section forming cylinder upper end 1a and a shoulder outer periphery 2a are welded, and the front and rear and the opposite sides of the partition plate 5 and the front and rear and the inner wall surfaces of the barrel section forming cylinder 1 and the head section 4 are welded. Then the right and left lower ends of the barrel section forming cylinder 1 and the partition plate lower end are welded and the lower end of the barrel section forming cylinder is closed to produce a synthetic resin tubular container. |
