PURPOSE:To prevent a case where the production capacity is too high or too low from the point of view of facility, by preparing a cylindrical braided item having a diameter larger than the outer diameter of an inner pie and possessing a large braid angle, inserting a hose, that is, in inner pipe into the braided item, and stretching the braided item longitudinally of the hose. CONSTITUTION:A braided item 2 has a diameter larger than the outer diameter of an inner pipe 1, comprises metal wires or organic fibers, and has a large braid angle and a short braid pitch. As the braided item 2 has a large braid angle and a short braid pitch, further the braided item 2 is pulled, the shorter the diameter becomes, the smaller the braid angle becomes, and the larger the braid pitch becomes. When the diameter becomes equal to the outer diameter of the inner pipe, it comes in firm contact with the outer circumference of the inner pipe, and the same result can be obtained as the case obtained using a braider. Therefore the diameter of the braided item becomes equal to the outer diameter of the inner pipe, and the adhered braided item can have an ideal braid angle. Accordingly, since there is no need to use a braiding apparatus such as a braider, such a case would not occur where the production capacity is too high or lower from the point of view of capacity. |
