CONSTITUTION:When operation conditions for various control objects (a), measured data and control conditions are set on a display section (i) such as a CRT display by numeric information input keys (b), the automatic operation conditions are stored in a first memory section (g). A control means (j) performs automatic sequential control and constant value control of control objects according to the contents of the first memory section (g).
