PURPOSE:To obtain the integrated fluid body passage component of high stiff ness and high accuracy by moving in order the metallic thick plate which is placed on a XY table and by forming a fluid body passage with forging in order locally by a punch the prescribed position of the surface of the metal plate. CONSTITUTION:A punch 8 is positioned with driving an NC control device by setting the motion pattern of the punch 8 and the moving pattern of the tables 13, 12 in the X, Y directions on a micro-computer with setting 10 a metal thick plate 9 on a X Y table T. A fluid body passage 2A is formed in order with moving each one pitch of the fluid body passage the table 13 after forming the first line of the fluid passage 2a by forging work on the thick plate 9 with monitoring by a displacement gage 6 the descending quantity of the punch 8 by driving a hydraulic servo cylinder 5. The integrated fluid passage compo nent having high stifness and high accuracy is thus enables for forging work.
