<p>PURPOSE:To correct nonlinear data from a sensor into linear data by adding a data converting means which converts the nonlinear data into linear data behind an A/D converter. CONSTITUTION:For example, a ROM6 for data conversion is added behind the A/D converter 5. Then, a fine voltage detected by the sensor 1 is inputted to an operational amplifier 2 through an electric wire 3 and amplified there to a specific voltage. This voltage is converted by the converter 5 into a digital value corresponding to its value and inputted to an address of the ROM6. Then, specific data are written in respective addresses of the ROM6. Therefore, the output data of the converter 5 indicates an address of the ROM6 and ideal data written in the address is read out. Thus, the nonlinear analog data of the sensor 1 is corrected and converted into linear data.</p> |
