PURPOSE:To improve the output sensitivity, to expand the reception band and to make the wiring easy by fitting an antenna assembly clipping two high frequency pickups to an inner plate of a ceiling plate of a car body. CONSTITUTION:The high frequency pickups 38-1, 38-2 are contained respectively into metallic cases 40-1, 42-2 together with circuit parts 58-1, 58-2 and loop antennas 42-1, 42-2 to form an electromagnetic coupling pickups. They are clipped by a bracket 36 having a car body contact piece 44 and a support metallic fixture 46 to form the antenna assembly 70 together with a combiner 60. The assembly 70 is fitted to the inner plate of the car body. The pickups 38 detect a current induced by a broadcast wave flowing to the car body. Then high frequency detection signals detected by the pickups 38 are added by the combiner 60, resulting that the signal output is doubled without causing phase interference. |
