PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a stabilized power supply with high accuracy as a fixed bias source by applying a bias voltage to a bimorph plate whose tip is split to bias a couple of the tips in opposite direction and forming a prescribed step and then fixing strongly the both by an adhesives. CONSTITUTION:When the tip 11A of a rotary magnetic head device 10 is biased upward around a shim 22 by an adjusting voltage fed to terminals 16a, 16b (positive to the terminal 16a), the same adjusting voltage is impressed to terminals 17a, 17b (negative at the terminal 17a), then the tip 11B is biased around the shim 22 downward (opposite to the tipe 11A), and the deviation W depends upon the adjusting voltage. Then an adhesives 20 is packed in a slit 13 with the prescribed deviation W and the voltage is impressed continuously until the adhesives 20 is cured completely. |
