PURPOSE:To prevent effectively tape squeaking and to obtain uniform quality by packing a fixed member including an organic lubricant to the surrounding of a magnetic core whose surface is processed by a surface active agent or a coupling agent so as to fix the magnetic core. CONSTITUTION:The magnetic core 1 is subjected to surface processing by the surface active agent or the coupling agent in advance before the storage into a case 5, the cores 1 are stored in the case while clipping shield plates 3, 4 in-between, the tip face having a magnetic gap 2 is faced to an opening 5a formed to a magnetic tape sliding face of the case 5 and the cores 1 is fixed by impregnating, packing and curing a fixed member 6 using a resin or the like as the mother material and including an organic group lubricant thereto into the case 5. The wetting performance of the fixed member 6 to the magnetic cores 1 is improved, the flow of the fixed member is made uniform and the lubricant is dispersed uniformly. The tape squeaking is prevented effectively and the quality of each magnetic head is made uniform. |
