PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of the insulation of electrical parts by the effect of a toner by hinging upper and lower machine body covers each formed of a resin having an insulating characteristic and disposing concentrically the electric parts in the recess provided on the outside at the base of the lower machine body. CONSTITUTION:The lower machine body 1 and the upper machine body 2 are molded of the resin body having the insulating characteristic and are made freely openable and closable by means of a hinge mechanism 3. The recess 21 is formed on the outside at the base of the body 1 and a frame body 31 is attached thereto. An electrical part unit 30 is housed into the body 31. A high-voltage transformer 35 which transforms the voltage of a commercial power source, a high-voltage unit 36 which supplies high- voltage current by rectifying and controlling the high voltage and a printed circuit board 37 for circuits to control the operation and temp. of various parts are freely attachably and detachably attached to the unit as the electrical parts. The unit 30 is connected by means of a lead wire 44 to a terminal board 40 and is connected to the respective function parts, not shown, of the bodies 1, 2. The deterioration of the insulation of the electrical parts by the effect of the toner suspended in the machine body is thus prevented and the maintenance of the high-voltage parts is made easy. |
