<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture the titled steel sheet superior in iron loss characteristic, by applying treatment for forming minute impressions to surface of steel plate obtd. by hot rolling slab material contg. specified quantities of C, Si, Mn, A4l, S, then winding said plate to coil. CONSTITUTION:Slab material having compsn. contg. by weight %, <0.02 C, <3.5 Si, 0.1-1 Mn, <1 Al, <0.02 S is manufactured. The slab is hot rolled, next, one time cold rolling or >=2 times cold rollings interposing intermediate annealing are applied to prepare cold rolled sheet having the final sheet thickness. Thereafter, grain nonoriented electrical steel sheet is manufactured by series processes for applying finishing annealing. Thereat, to surface of steel plate after hot rolling, treatment for forming minute worked impressions is applied, then steel plate is wound to coil in 700-1,000 deg.C range.</p> |
