PURPOSE:To enable the diagnosis of the change in coating deterioration with the elapse of time in a non-destructive method, by providing an electrode for sending the signal from an operation part and an electrode part for holding an electrolyter to the film surface measuring part of coating machinery. CONSTITUTION:A diagnostic apparatus has an electrode for sending the signal from an operation part E through a detection part D to the measuring part of a film surface A of coating machinery and an electrode part B for holding an electrolyte. When a measuring condition and a treatment mode are indicated from the keyboard of a control part F, a measuring signal is sent to the electrode part B from the synthesizer of the operation part E through the detection part B. The response signal to said signal is returned to the electrode part B through the detection part D to measure impedance and sent to a control data analysis part F to be stored. Next, reference data for the judgement of deterioration is called out from a data base G to perform comparing judgement of measured data and the result thereof is printed out from an output part H. By this method, the change in coating deterioration with the elapse of time can be diagnosed in a non-destructive manner. |
