摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the degree of parallelism and flatness of an electrode by providing a first circular coining section with preset diameter and depth at the preset position of an electrode plate and also providing a second circular coining section with preset diameter and depth coaxially with the first coining section. CONSTITUTION:Circular coining sections 121-123 at a diameter of approximately 2mm and a depth of approximately 0.16mm in which the second grid and such of an inline type electron gun are spaced at equal intervals in one row on a stainless electrode plate 11 at a width of approximately 7mm, a length of approximately 21mm, and a thickness of approximately 0.65mm with a first coining section are formed. Then, coining sections 141-143 at a diameter of approximately 5.2mm and depths of 0-0.01mm are formed coaxially with a coining section 12 with a second coining section. Besides, electron beam passing holes 131-133 are perforated and created at their center. As a result, the protrusion at the peripheral edge of the first coining section 12 can be removed by a second coining section 14 and the degree of parallelism and flatness can be improved.
