PURPOSE:To transmit data automatically by stopping the transmission of data until a transmission execution key on a keyboard is depressed only when the contents of data displayed on a certain position of a display device are different from that of a corresponding position of a storage part. CONSTITUTION:When data are inputted from the keyboard 22, the data are displayed on a field to be inputted of a display 21. When the transmission execution key on the keyboard 22 is depressed, the data in the transmission field are selected and sent to a CPU1. When data having the length specified by position length data (c) on the display 21 which are specified by line data (a) and digit data (b) which are previously stored in a storage part 24 and the same contents as that of character data (d) are sent from the CPU1, the data are compared with the contents of the character data (d) in the storage part 24 by a control part 23. When both the contents coincide with each other, the data on the display 21 are automatically transmitted to the CPU1. If both the contents are dissident, the data transmission is stopped until the transmission execution key on the keyboard 22 is depressed.
