发明名称 HEATING UNIT WITH INFRARED RAY SENSOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable a superior accuracy of temperature sensing operation by a method wherein two resilient surface wave elements are buried in a better thermal conductive metal such as copper and aluminum or the like and they are covered by a thermal insulation layer and metal having a poor thermal conduction such as iron. CONSTITUTION:A detector element 1 and a reference element 3 have a thermal balance by a copper block 15. A printed substrate 16 having copper block 15 fixed thereto is supported by spacers 16a and 16b in the space therein. An outer wall 17 to an infrared ray sensor device 14 is made of iron. Exterior heat is shielded by the outer wall 17, a thermal conduction to the copper block 15 is prevented by an air layer 18 and the copper block 15 is a better thermal conductor, so that a thermal balance is kept in the copper block 15, the detector element 1 and the reference element 3 show a balanced thermal condition. The outer wall 17 can prevent a bad effect against the printed substrate 16 under a leaked microwave transmitted out of the heating unit 7.
