PURPOSE:To prevent the deformation and damage of external connecting leads by forming external connecting leads at outermost ends in each side surface easy to be most deformed in width wider than other external connecting leads. CONSTITUTION:A large number of external connecting leads 2 are lead out in parallel with the upper surface of a main body 1 from each side surface shaping several side of the main body 1 having an approximately square shape, but external connecting leads at outermost ends among a series of external connecting leads lead out in respective side surface are formed in wide leads 3 in width wider than otherexternal connecting leads. The width is determined in consideration of strength required and the possiblity to short circuits with adjacent leads. The outermost end leads in such an each side surface are easy to be brought into contact and easy to be deformed and damaged on transport, on custody, on handling, etc., but they are shaped in the wide lesds, thus increasing flexural strength, etc., then resulting in the difficulty of deformation, etc. |
