PURPOSE:To enable a development with an aqueous washing liquor and to obtain an excellent property of a flexographic press by using the titled composition composed of a copolymer having 20,000-70,000 a number average mol.wt. and N-subst. maleimide and a photopolymerization initiator. CONSTITUTION:The titled composition comprises the prescribed copolymer obtd. by copolymerizing 50-95wt% a conjugated diene compd., 5-40wt% an alpha,beta-ethylenically unsatd. carboxylic acid and 0-30wt% a monoen compd. If <=50wt% said conjugated diene compd. is used, a cured material of the titled composition becomes a brittleness resulted in a loss of a rubber elasticity. If <5wt% an alpha,beta-unsatd. carboxylic acid is used, the development using the aqueous washing liquor becomes difficult. If >40wt% said carboxylic acid is used, a swelling against the aqueous washing liquor becomes large. If >=0.5wt% N- substd. maleimide is used, a satisfactory improvement of the physical properties is not obtd. If >=15wt% said maleimide is used, an excess cross-linking of the obtd. copolymer occurs.
