PURPOSE:To obtain an automatic liquid flow adjusting device having a simple structure and continuous adjustment function, by connecting a vertically moving float to a valve member. CONSTITUTION:A float 4 is provided in an inner chamber of a liquid tank 1 in such a manner as to be movable vertically. A valve member 6 for adjusting a liquid flow induced into or discharged from the liquid tank 1 is connected to the float 4. The float 4 and the valve member 6 are vertically movably supported by a valve stem 5 through a valve stem metal 11 to a tank body. The liquid flow is automatically controlled according to a slight difference in liquid level in the liquid tank 1.
