PURPOSE:To remove an influence due to a dispersion of water and mud without breaking an orientation by disposing a cylindrical body having a larger inner diameter than that of an opening edge of a phone at one end opening side of the phone having an ultrasonic oscillating member at the other end. CONSTITUTION:At one end opening side of a phone 2 having an ultrasonic oscillating member at the other end, a cylinder body 3 having a larger line diameter then a diameter of the opening side of the phone 2 is disposed, and on an inner wall of the cylinder body 3, a sound absorbing member 4 is attached. Thereby, when a splash of water comes from a direction shown by arrows, it is prevented by the cylinder body 3 and does not enter the phone 2 and the water does not contact the oscillating member 1 disposed at the end of the phone 2. When an ultrasonic wave issued from the oscillating member 1 passes through the phone 2 and is injected, or when the ultrasonic wave reaches the oscillating member 1 through the phone 2, the cylinder body 3 does not change an orientation determined by the phone 2. |
